1. Digital Products (Courses, Tools, Templates, PDFs)

All purchases of digital content are non-refundable once access is granted or files are delivered.
This is to protect the value and integrity of our digital resources, which are immediately accessible and downloadable.

2. Live Trainings / Mentorship Programs

If you enroll in a live session or mentorship:

You must inform us at least 48 hours in advance if you are unable to attend.

In such cases, we may offer rescheduling or batch transfer, subject to availability.

No refunds will be issued for missed live sessions without prior notice.

3. Duplicate Payments / Technical Errors

Refunds will be considered only in the following valid scenarios:

Duplicate payment made accidentally

Technical error during payment processing where no access was granted
